Content providers & developers

Apart from the services & applications that both cities are developing by its own initiative, Hotcity is open for third party content and development.

We encourage business, individuals and other organizations to come up with their ideas for value-added new services that can help them and the visitors and residents of both cities.

Hotcity development competition

During the first Hotcity developers forum on September 29th, 2008, a competition has been launched to encourage individuals, companies and students to provide & propose ideas, features or content that might be available on Hotcity. (The submission form and related information can be downlaoded herafter.)

A jury that will be composed by independant professionals and Hotcity staff will respond to each participant. The initiators of the best ideas will be granted an access to the Hotcity development platform in order to test their ideas.

In spring 2009, the jury will award the best idea with a 5000 € money price.
